蔡政廷會長是旅北嘉義同鄉會東石聯誼會第七屆會長,也是台灣唯一製作飛機模型的優良廠商，飛機模型遍布世界各國，感謝蔡會長兄弟對東石會的用心，飛機外型圖案是『政凱』與『蔡甫』專程回故鄉東石特別拍攝而成，封面1.東石漁人碼頭,封面2.東石鰲鼓溼地,尾翼的圖案是東石聯誼會的會徽（由名設計師王常委乙芳設計），為感謝2年任內所有幹部的支持與幫助,使得會務能夠順利推展,窩心的是送給每位受贈幹部們都特別用其專屬名字而設計,真是感恩！
